Jade Goody has today become Jade Tweed after marrying her partner Jack in what her publicist described as an “emotional, wonderful” ceremony in Essex, attended by 150 guests.
Running 45 minutes late due to requiring medical treatment in advance of the ceremony, Jade walked down the aisle unaided to exchange her vows before receiving a standing ovation from the congregation.
Publicist Max Clifford commented that Jade was experiencing a great deal of pain, last night he commented: ”She had a bad evening. She was excited. She has been overdoing it. She needed quite a bit of medical help.”
Jade was married in a £3,500 dress donated by Harrods owner Mohamed Al-Fayed. Celebrities that attended the event included Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, Crimewatch presenter Nick Ross and former Blue singer Anthony Costa.
Although Jade’s partner Jack is still on custody and is required to wear a tag under the terms of his release from prison earlier this year, the Ministry of Justice have allowed his curfew of 7pm to be waivered this evening, so that he can spend time with his wife.
The Sugababes are expected to perform later tonight at the ceremony reception.
On behalf of all of us at Big Brother UK Website, congratulations to both Jade and Jack.

I know Jade doesn’t know me and vise versa but I think she’s so inspiring to others. I don’t believe anyone deserves to die young but she can go knowing that she did her best to provide for her kids and highlighted to young people how important it is to have yourself checked out regularly.
